From the Santa Ana (5) freeway north or south, exit 17th Street and go west. At the intersection of Bristol Street, make a U-turn and get back on West 17th Street headed east. Turn right on Louise and left into the parking lot.

From the Garden Grove (22) freeway east or west, exit City Drive and turn right. Turn left on Memory Lane, then right on Bristol Street. Turn left on 17th Street. Turn right on Louise and left into the parking lot.

Services Offered:

  • Family Medicine physicians providing a full spectrum of adult and children/teen healthcare services.
  • Laboratory department able to perform blood tests and other commonly ordered tests.
  • Radiology department with X-ray capabilities for routine examination of injuries. Expanded services such as mammograms, ultrasounds and fluoroscopic studies are available at selected Bristol Park facilities.
  • Certain minor surgical procedures can be performed by your Bristol Park primary care provider on-site.
  • Two Urgent Care Centers, located in Fountain Valley and Mission Viejo, open 7 days a week for patients to receive care for unexpected illnesses and injuries. No appointments are necessary. The Urgent Care Centers are open on evenings, weekends and holidays for added convenience.
  • Referral Coordinator to assist with processing referral requests, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining questions about health plan coverage and benefits.
  • Spanish-speaking staff at all facilities. Many other languages are also spoken.

Telephone Advice Nurse Line
The Advice Nurse is available to answer questions about newborn care, side effects of medications, and many other related problems. These registered nurses are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can also serve as a liaison between you and your doctor, helping you decide whether you can take care of the problem at home, whether you should be seen at the office or the Urgent Care Center, or whether you should go to the emergency room. Just dial your regular office number and select the Advice Nurse line.

In the event of a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately. Please be sure to notify your Bristol Park physician as soon as possible.
