From the San Diego (405) freeway north or south bound exit Sand Canyon Avenue and go northeast. Pass Alton Parkway and make a right on Hospital Road. Upon entering the parking lot, make a right, pass the hospital, and the ten-story office building is on the left just past the hospital.

From the Santa Ana (5) freeway north or south, exit Sand Canyon Avenue and go southwest. Pass Barranca Parkway and make a left on Hospital Road. Upon entering the parking lot, make a right, pass the hospital, and the ten-story office building is on the left just past the hospital.

Services Offered:

  • Internal medicine physicians providing the full spectrum of adult healthcare services.
  • On-site laboratory department able to perform blood tests and other commonly ordered tests.
  • Certain minor surgical procedures can be performed by your Bristol Park primary care provider on-site.
  • Two Urgent Care Centers, located in Fountain Valley and Mission Viejo, open 7 days a week for patients to receive care for unexpected illnesses and injuries. No appointments are necessary. The Urgent Care Centers are open on evenings, weekends and holidays for added convenience.
  • Referral Coordinator to assist with processing referral requests, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining questions about health plan coverage and benefits.
  • Advice Nurse Line available to answer questions about newborn care, side effects of medications, and many other related problems. The Advice Nurse Line can also serve as a liaison between you and your doctor, helping you decide whether you can take care of the problem at home, whether you should be seen at the office or the Urgent Care Center, or whether to go to the emergency room.
  • Spanish-speaking staff at all facilities. Many other languages are also spoken.
Emergencies:
Bristol Park Medical Group physicians are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To reach the on-call physician after your local Bristol Park office and the Urgent Care Centers are closed, dial the main phone number of your Bristol Park office.

In the event of a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately. Please be sure to notify your Bristol Park physician as soon as possible.
