Once you have chosen your Bristol Park provider, you will need to call your health plan (phone number is located on your membership identification card) and tell them you would like to switch to Bristol Park Medical Group. They will guide you from there.

One benefit of joining Bristol Park Medical Group is that you can access either of our Urgent Care Centers at the same co-payment as a regular doctor office visit. The Urgent Care Centers are located in Fountain Valley and Mission Viejo, and they are open 7 days a week, including holidays, and have extended hours until 9:00pm, Monday through Friday.
